Soba Edo

Nestled quietly in Hayama, "Soba Edo" is a reservation-only Soba Kaiseki restaurant, repeatedly selected as a Tabelog Soba Hyakumeiten. Housed in a tranquil, renovated old private house over 100 years old, guests can savor exquisite soba made from organically grown buckwheat meticulously hand-milled by the owner. The Soba Kaiseki features beautifully plated dishes using naturally grown vegetables and seasonal fresh fish, complemented by seasonal sake and wine pairings. While there are no private rooms, the entire restaurant can be reserved for private parties of up to 20 people. Parking is available, but due to narrow roads, it is recommended for larger vehicles to use nearby coin parking. Dinner service is available for elementary school-aged children and above.
