Our curry features the sweetness of slowly sautéed onions that perfectly complements the spiciness, maintaining the same delicious taste since we opened our doors. We use about 10 different spices, which are roasted to enhance their fragrance, then simmered for a whole day in burlap sacks. This lovingly crafted dish is rich and smooth. Includes a mini salad, condiments, and a drink (choose between blended coffee or tea).
