Chinese Sai Oil

"Chugokusai Oil" is a highly popular Sichuan Chinese restaurant in Fukushima, Osaka, known for its authentic flavors and reasonable prices. It has been repeatedly selected as a "Tabelog Chinese Cuisine WEST Hyakumeiten" for many years. Owner-chef Yoshihiro Morimoto, with over 30 years of experience, named the restaurant "Oil" to signify its importance to customers, much like oil is crucial in Chinese cooking. Their signature dish is the Mapo Tofu, often hailed as "Osaka's No. 1 Mapo Tofu," praised for its exquisite balance of spiciness, sweetness, and numbing sensation. The restaurant is particularly busy during lunch, often forming long queues.
