Mutekko Oosakaten

Muteppou Osaka, selected multiple times for 'Ramen Hyakumeiten OSAKA' (2025, 2024, 2023) and 'Ramen Hyakumeiten WEST' (2022, 2021, 2020, 2019), is a legendary ramen shop in Osaka. Located just a 2-minute walk from Imamiyaebisu Station or Daikokucho Station, it is famous for its exceptionally rich and thick tonkotsu (pork bone) broth, so dense that a spoon can reportedly stand upright in it. While their signature tonkotsu ramen is the main draw, they also offer a lighter Sanma (saury) dashi soy sauce ramen. The shop often has queues due to its immense popularity. Muteppou does not accept credit cards and does not have private rooms. It is child-friendly, offering kids' chairs and utensils, and nearby coin parking is available.
