Numb was a highly acclaimed spice curry restaurant in Osaka, recognized as one of Tabelog's Curry Hyakumeiten (100 Famous Shops) in WEST 2024. Although now closed due to building demolition, it was known for its unique Japanese-style dashi-infused spice curries, offering a lighter yet flavorful experience with stimulating spice blends. Popular dishes included various curries like spice keema, European-style, kombu dashi seafood, and sanma dashi chicken, often served as two or three-curry plates. The stylish interior with wood and white walls and rap BGM created a calm and inviting atmosphere. It did not accept credit cards, but QR code payments were available. It had no private rooms and was non-smoking. It was a popular spot for families and allowed strollers.
