Edomachi Sugimoto, located in Kuwana, Mie Prefecture, is a highly acclaimed Edo-style sushi restaurant, recognized as a Tabelog Sushi WEST Top 100 restaurant. Situated near the gate of Kuwana Sōsha (Kasuga Shrine), it offers authentic sushi and appetizers made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients from across Japan, including local Kuwana natural clams, served at its beautiful Kiso Hinoki counter.
