Restaurant KAM

“restaurant KAM” is a French and vegetable cuisine restaurant located in a quiet residential area, about a 10-minute walk from Higashi-Kawaguchi Station. Housed in a beautifully renovated 70-year-old traditional Japanese house, it offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, feeling like being entertained at a friend's home, where you can enjoy high-quality yet unpretentious French cuisine. Operating on a reservation-only, simultaneous start basis for just two groups per lunch and dinner, it provides a very private dining experience. A highlight is the use of freshly harvested vegetables and herbs from its meticulously cultivated private garden, with guests sometimes observing the chef picking ingredients directly from the garden. Dishes, such as the impressive ricotta cheese, are characterized by their delicate use of ingredients and high level of perfection. The unique style of dining barefoot, adding to the relaxed ambiance, is also appealing. It has been selected as a Tabelog French Hyakumeiten in both 2025 and 2023.
