We take fresh, wild Kuruma shrimp raised in the rich seas of Kyushu and marinate them in a deep, flavorful Shaoxing wine to create our "Drunken Shrimp." To finish it off, we lightly coat the shrimp with a fragrant rose liqueur, adding layers of aroma for a more complex taste. Just before serving, our chef will carefully cook the shrimp right in front of you, maximizing their sweetness and umami. The heat releases the enticing scents of Shaoxing wine and rose, stimulating your appetite, and as you take a bite, the rich yet refined aroma spreads in your mouth, leaving a lingering finish.
