If you are coming by train or on foot: <From Tokyu Toyoko Line "Daikanyama" Station> It takes about 7 to 8 minutes on foot. Exit from the main gate, go out to Hachiman Street, cross the pedestrian crossing, turn left, and then turn right onto the old Yamanote Line.
