Located in a hidden spot, this intimate establishment with only 6 counter seats offers the true essence of Edo-mae sushi. The thinly sliced fatty tuna (toro) is particularly renowned, and the chef's meticulous preparation, along with the perfectly integrated shari (rice), stands out.
