A highly acclaimed establishment featured in the Michelin Guide for four consecutive years, it is run by a single owner-chef, who provides meticulous service and precise cooking. The exquisite tempura, featuring seasonal vegetables and seafood lightly fried to a crispy perfection, maximizes the natural flavors of the ingredients. The clean interior features an L-shaped counter with only 8 seats, offering a tranquil, hidden-gem atmosphere. For the finale, guests can choose a luxurious "Uni-tama-don" (sea urchin and egg bowl).
