At its spacious counter, veteran chefs serve seasonal tempura, fried one by one right before your eyes. The batter is light and crispy, not greasy, and brings out the maximum flavor of the ingredients. In addition to tempura sauce, three types of salt (bamboo salt, seaweed salt, curry salt) are available for varied tastes.
