Shokuzen Abe

Syokuzen Abe is a hidden Japanese restaurant in Ginza, acclaimed with the Tabelog Award Bronze from 2017 to 2023 and selected as a Japanese Cuisine Hyakumeiten. Offering a serene atmosphere with only 10 counter seats, the chef, with roots in Kyoto's "Kusabue Nakahigashi" lineage, serves delicate Kyoto-style dishes that highlight the natural flavors of ingredients. The rice, cooked in a traditional "okudo-san" stove, is particularly highly praised, alongside beautifully presented hassun and seasonal specialties.
